SHIPPING POLICY

National shipments

Region Costa, Sierra and Oriente

  • Standard shipping:  Your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our facilities. The shipping cost is $ 4.50. The delivery service is at home or you can pick it up at an office.​

Insular Region, Galapagos

  • Standard shipping:  Your order will arrive between 24 and 48 hours after leaving our facilities. The shipping cost is $ 9.95. The delivery service is at home or you can pick it up at an office.

Orders placed after 12:00 on a business day will leave the facilities the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the order will leave our facilities the next business day.

General conditions of the delivery service

Once the order leaves our facilities, Ecologicasec is not responsible for the dialogue between the logistics company and the client. Although Ecologicasec will always try to mediate between the two if there is any problem with the delivery.

Wrong order

If you mistakenly chose an incorrect size, design or quantity, please contact us by email immediately after placing the order so that we can manage the change before shipping.

Otherwise, if you do not notify immediately and if the order has been sent, the responsibility lies with the customer and Ecologicasec will not assume any return, refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Exchange or return is allowed only in the following cases. The problem must be notified through email or website but not social networks.

Ecological diapers | Ecological towels

In case there is any irregularity in the product, you must communicate through our e-mail ecologicas.vida@gmail.com indicating the product, order number and photos where the problem is evident.

Changes are accepted in a period of 1 month after the purchase of the product, and the products must be intact.  Ecologicasec will get in touch  as soon as possible indicating the protocol to follow for the change if deemed appropriate.
